During March, Grades One to Four went on various art trips in Caracas. Grades One and Four went to El Hatillo to appreciate the beautiful colonial houses there. The students made drawings of the houses and then made clay models. They went to Hannsi store where they admired all the souvenirs and crafts for sale there. The Grade Two students went to the La Alameda lookout to admire the beautiful vista of Caracas and the Ávila. While there, they made sketches of the mountains. The Grade Three students went to Museo Arturo Michelena where they learned about the painter’s life and viewed his works.
